I was originally going to make a separate thread on the revival and another on the original series, but I feel that would be too redundant.

Anyways, I'm enjoying the revival more the original series. While the original series is a cultural phenomenon and served as an inspiration for many works of fiction, I feel like it does have its flaws. It goes over-the-top with the soap opera satire, and Laura Palmer's killer was revealed way too early on. The first season is enjoyable, but the second season just feels like a mess with the unnecessary drama and romance.

The revival does have its own problems, but I'm absolutely loving it. Episode 8, for example . . .

So, what are your thoughts on the series? Are you enjoying the revival so far?

I keep meaning to ask, but what are your thoughts on Assassin's Creed: Origins? I think it looks better than Syndicate, but I'm still burnt out from the series. I feel like the games should release every few years or so.

Hmmm.......its probably going to be better than syndicate but thats not saying much hahahahaha.

Syndicate was by far the most boring Assassin's CreedHmmm.......its probably going to be better than syndicate but thats not saying much hahahahaha.

Syndicate was by far the most boring Assassin's Creed game I've ever played and I don't think that Origins is going to change that.

It looks like its going to suffer from the same flaws as Syndicate which is basically having its systems built around microtransactions which will break the games balance and pacing big time.

I'd say avoid getting it on release day and wait for a sale to happen if you want to get it, I'd say wait a month or two after release to get it.

I don't think its going to be anything revolutionary, so take the wait and see approach or I'll buy it first and let you know what my impressions of it are.

Unfortunately, that's very true. I used to spend a lot of time playing video games with my friend on the school bus and at her house, but aside from that, I never really knew much about the family. I know my friend has, like, three or four half siblings, though. And the mother was never really home since she was always working at the hospital to provide for her children.

I'm very sorry to hear that about your brother, by the way. I can't imagine how hard that must've been for you. I hope you don't mind me saying so, but I think you're very strong for what you dealt with, and I admire how you still push through in life. I'm sure your brother would be very proud of you and what you've achieved in life.

I still have yet to play this DLC, but I figured I'd make a thread since I just made one for Episode Prompto.

    So, what are your thoughts?

I personally love how cheap this DLC is. I feel like it's just right for its length.

I'm personally very excited to play this DLC since it seems to be an emotional journey for Prompto. That, and going by the trailer posted above the lovely

Whats the deal with marriage vows?

You vow to stay married until death do you part yet you get a divorce after a year or two......and you wonder why people have commitment issues?

Stick to your damn guns, marriage is a life long commitment and if your not ready for something like that then don't get married!

    Sooooo true.

What's the deal with decaf coffee? How do they get the caffeine out, and where does it go?
